KM TORSO TEAM Reference Library

Evidence‑Based Resources for Coaches, Parents, and Practitioners

The KM TORSO TEAM Reference Library provides a transparent overview of the research that informs our training philosophy. All references are listed alphabetically by author surname. When multiple works share the same author and year, a small letter (a, b, c) is added after the date.

This library will continue to grow as new studies are integrated into the KM TORSO TEAM platform.
